Healthy LifeThe Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) is a compulsory, one-year course for undergraduates to learn how to maintain a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle that will help them to effectively manage their life, learning and work. Due to the need to provide comparable data for healthy life expectancy over a long time period, the remainder of this chapter focuses on data up to 2012 to 2014 only. Data for 2013 to 2015 are based on a new methodology that is not directly comparable with the earlier period (table 1).
