Healthy LifeThe Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) is a compulsory, one-year course for undergraduates to learn how to maintain a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle that will help them to effectively manage their life, learning and work. Avoid trigger foods. Trigger foods make you go berserk and binge after you eat them. Everyone’s trigger foods are different (mine used to be doughnuts, pastries, and chips), but generally trigger foods are candy bars, chocolate, confectionery, chips, cookies, or anything with a high level of refined sugar, salt, or flour. These foods cause a blood sugar imbalance , hence triggering one to eat more. What are your trigger foods? Identify them and remove them from your diet.

Tobacco smoke that clings in your hair and clothing is still poisonous. Smoking home-grown or illegally produced loose tobacco (‘chop-chop’) is as harmful as smoking branded cigarettes. Later that year, one coalition member stopped to talk to a railroad repairman at work. That same day, the shoulder was widened for youth to cross the railroad tracks safely. With these improvements, now all 2500 residents can walk and bike safely through the area.

Just like bad habits, good habits are hard to shake. Once you become used to small changes in your lifestyle, you find they become part of your daily routine.
